Mr. Central Heating Cooling Electrical Plumbing is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support the daily operations of our warehouse and ensure technicians have the parts, equipment, and materials needed to successfully complete jobs. This role requires a dependable team player who can maintain organization, uphold safety standards, and contribute to overall operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:

• Pull, pack, and stage materials and equipment for technician pickup and deliveries
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments accurately
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Assist technicians by loading and unloading trucks and locating needed parts
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Perform routine inventory counts and update materials in inventory systems
• Support overall warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy

What You Need:

• Prior warehouse experience preferred, ideally in HVAC, plumbing, or similar industry
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials (50+ lbs regularly)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of trade parts and equipment is a plus
• Must be 21 or older
• Authorized to work in the US
• A valid US Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record
• Ability to pass background and drug test
• Familiarity with inventory systems, RF scanners, or basic computer skills preferred
• Good communication and teamwork skills
