Mr. Central Heating Cooling Electrical Plumbing is seeking a Plumbing Field Supervisor with strong experience in residential and light commercial plumbing. This role requires a proven leader with at least 2 years of supervisory experience in the plumbing service industry who can uphold high standards and drive team performance.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and support a team of plumbing technicians
• Collaborate daily with the Plumbing Manager to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
• Communicate effectively with Dispatch and Management
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional communication
• Utilize an iPad for scheduling, reporting, and job documentation
• Plumbing Technician that primarily runs maintenance jobs.
• This is a revenue-generating role.

What You Need:

• Minimum two years as a Field Supervisor in the plumbing service industry
• Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial plumbing systems
• Must be 21 or older
• Authorized to work in the US
• A valid US Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to pass background and drug test. 
• Minimum five years Residential Plumbing experience
• Advance knowledge of plumbing systems
• Service Titan knowledge a plus
• Good communication and listening skills
